    Toronto Event Manager
  • Liaison with the client during the event to receive all information regarding the event.
  • Point person during the event for staff, client and venue
  • Facilitates set-up and layout of the function space
  • Communicates all details of the event and expectations to the team
  • Supervises sign-in, breaks and sign-out of all staff members for billing
  • Provides post-event report to client
  • Dressed in professional attire


  • Head Waiter
  • Liaison with the client prior to the event to receive all information regarding the event
  • Helps with layout and set-up of the venue/event space
  • Executing all front of house services in conjunction with the client
  • Supervises sign-in, breaks and sign-out of all staff members for billing
  • Helps with basic catering/kitchen duties
  • Facilities set-up and tear-down of venue/event space
  • Provides post-event report to planner
  • Dressed in professional attire


  • Wait Staff
  • Offer full set-up of the venue/event space, including setting tables and seating arrangements
  • Serving all meals in a timely and pleasant manner
  • Full tear-down and clean up of venue/event space
  • Dressed in professional attire


  • Bartender
  • Full bar set-up, including glassware, Wine, Beer and Liquor set-up, condiments/garnishes, ice, etc.
  • Wine, Beer and Liquor counts at the beginning and end of your function to minimize costs
  • Full set-up and tear-down of bar area
  • Flair Bartenders available
  • Dressed in professional attire


  • Security
  • Ensure all entrances and exits are unobstructed
  • Ensure guests are not in restricted areas
  • Assist quests with directions
  • Monitor the consumption of alcohol
  • Monitor Health and Safety during the event
  • Dressed in professional attire


  • Host
  • Welcome guests and ensure the first impression of the event
  • Assist guests with directions and lining up
  • Maintain a high level of quality
  • Helps with basic catering/kitchen duties
  • Dressed in professional attire
